Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver a top-tier customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, keep customers and insurers informed, and ensure compliance with DRP requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. You will work with a team to meet KPIs and uphold WOW Operating Way standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details, updated efficiently.
• Provide customers with accurate information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members and align with WOW Operating Way standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and assist others as needed.
• Maintain the store's KPIs by maximizing role performance.
