Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs across carriers and customers. You will document all interactions, communicate clearly with insurance companies, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of experience, and knowledge of OE guidelines. Training and driver’s license are required; DRP compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in estimation or collision repair.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Relay customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.
