Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

The Estimator assesses damage, documents required repairs and parts, and collaborates with the team to meet KPIs. The role requires ARX/DRP knowledge, a high school diploma, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Progressive or Geico ARX experience CCC knowledge and experience required.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to relevant team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training and information sessions.
