Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting required repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance providers throughout the repair process.

The Estimator will align with the team to achieve KPIs, participate in daily production walks, and support colleagues while maintaining high standards of service. A high school diploma is required, with I-CAR training pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with insurance clients.
• Ensure compliance with DRP programs and WOW operating guidelines.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and attend required trainings.
