Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary contact for customers through the repair process, from drop-off to delivery. The estimator prepares estimates for customers and insurers, and collaborates with insurance partners to manage claims for a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid license, and strong communication and organizational skills. CCC1 estimating system familiarity and I-CAR/ASE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
