Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary liaison for customers from drop-off to delivery of the repaired vehicle. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers in line with Classic Collision guidelines.

Collaborate with insurance partners, coordinate with technicians, and maintain clear communication to ensure high customer satisfaction and accurate repairs. Prior experience with CCC1 estimating system is preferred, and ASE/I-CAR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear information in writing, via phone and in person.
• Familiar with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred).
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage the claim for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
