Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off through delivery of the repaired vehicle. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinating with insurance companies to manage claims while ensuring the best customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with estimating processes (CCC1 preferred); ASE/I-CAR certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system (preferred).
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurers according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage the claim for best customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
