Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary point of contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, coordinating with technicians and insurance partners to secure accurate estimates and a smooth repair process.

The role emphasizes communication, attention to detail, and adherence to CCC1 guidelines and I-CAR/ASE certifications, with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction and quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CCC1 estimating system is preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certifications are preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
