Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to serve as the main liaison with customers from drop-off to delivery of repaired vehicles. You will prepare detailed estimates for customers and insurance partners, and collaborate with insurers to ensure a smooth claim experience.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with familiarity in estimating systems (CCC1 preferred) and certifications (I-CAR/ASE preferred).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims for the best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers, providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
