Gerber Collision & Glass in Longview, TX is seeking an experienced Estimator to deliver outstanding customer experiences while generating accurate vehicle repair estimates. You will coordinate repairs, communicate with customers and insurance providers, and drive the process from intake to completion.

The role requires 2+ years DRP estimating, CCC1/Mitchell experience, and a strong focus on service excellence.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License
