Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs. You will document communications with customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with team goals to hit KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP processes, with at least 1 year in DRP compliance; a high school diploma is required and I-CAR training is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document, update, and accurately detail every customer interaction.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Relay customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management as required.
• Support team members when needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required.
• Attend training and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
