Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document communications with customers and insurers, guide them through the repair process, and help meet facility KPIs with a collaborative team.

Education includes a High School Diploma or equivalent, with knowledge of OE guidelines and DRP processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Minimum 1 year DRP experience.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Way standards.
• Participate in production walks with management and support team members.
• Maintain KPIs and uphold company values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
