Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. The role supports team KPIs and requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.

You will work with a collaborative team, participate in training, and follow DRP programs to ensure accurate damage appraisals and smooth customer

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OE guidelines and vehicle repairs.
• Basic computer skills for damage appraisal documentation.
• Familiarity with DRP requirements and insurance processes.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW operating procedures for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to team members and maintain positive customer greetings.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend required health, safety, and staff meetings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended.
