Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating vehicle repairs and parts replacement. You will document interactions, communicate with customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP procedures, plus basic computer skills and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. Valid driver’s license is needed for this on-site position at our Orlando facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and track progress.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings as required.
