Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. The role involves communicating with customers and insurance companies, documenting details, and ensuring alignment with team KPIs.

Minimum 1 year of related experience, knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, and a valid driver’s license are required. I-CAR training may be pursued, with company benefits and a comprehensive environment supporting

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related role.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend health & safety meetings as required.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers.
