• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information to customers guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Communicate customer requests to team members and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings.
• Support team members and attend recommended training sessions.
