Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. The role requires documenting damage, parts replacement, and aligning with team KPIs to drive repair outcomes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, DRP experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year DRP experience
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements and WOW operating methods
• Communicate customer requests to the team
• Participate in production walks with Management and support team members
• Attend health, safety and staff meetings as required

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
