Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Previous DRP experience and insurance familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Guide customers through repair process and inform insurance.
• Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements and DRP metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks and team communications.
