Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to complete I-CAR training.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with relevant details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance program requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and attend required trainings.
