Qualifications

• Must have a Michigan state mechanics license and knowledge of OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating ways.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings as required.
• Support team members and attend trainings as recommended by management.
