Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator in Michigan to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure KPI targets are met.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of repairs, DRP processes, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver's license is essential for on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately with details.
• Provide accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as required.
