Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Michigan is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair plans, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will work with the team to meet KPIs, participate in daily production walks, and uphold the WOW standards while maintaining DRP alignment and pursuing I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and workflows.
• Follow WOW Operating Way’s for customer drops, repairs, communication and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Greet customers in person and over the phone with positive energy.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members when needed.
• Attend monthly health & safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain KPI performance of the store.
• Uphold core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
