Job summary

You will assess damage, document repairs, and ensure clear communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in auto body estimating is required.
• Ability to complete I-CAR training as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and inform customers and insurers.
• Coordinate repair planning and communicate progress to the team.
• Participate in production walks and safety meetings as required.
