Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of DRP processes and OE guidelines.
• Ability to complete I-CAR training when required.
• Valid driver's license and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and update records.
• Ensure compliance with Insurance programs, processes and metrics.
• Support team members and participate in required meetings.
