Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Gaffney, SC, is seeking an Estimator skilled in CCC1 to provide accurate vehicle damage assessments and repair planning. You will document customer interactions, coordinate with insurance, and guide clients through the repair process to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires knowledge of CCC1, OE guidelines, and basic computer skills, with a commitment to DRP compliance and completing I-CAR training. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Ensure estimates and repairs comply with DRP requirements and insurance processes.
• Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, and training.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
