Job summary

Mobile Auto Solutions, LLC in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking an Estimator to create accurate repair estimates and coordinate the repair process. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, document all interactions, and help ensure the shop meets KPIs.

The position requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP compliance, with on-site work and opportunities for bonus commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to access repair databases and DRP systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training as part of ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with accuracy and detail.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP processes and insurance requirements.
• Coordinate with the management team during daily production walks and meetings.
• Support team members and participate in monthly Health & Safety sessions.
