Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator in Easley, SC. The role focuses on creating accurate vehicle damage estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

Experience with CCC1 Estimating System is required to ensure efficient workflow. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and DRP compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and coordinate with the DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and attend required trainings.
