Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver outstanding customer experiences while assessing vehicle damage, creating repair estimates, and coordinating with customers and insurance providers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes adherence to DRP procedures, participation in daily production walks, and ongoing training to ensure KPI goals are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and update details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and staff meetings as required.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend training and information sessions as recommended.
