Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while coordinating vehicle repairs and communicating with insurance companies. You will assess damage, document repairs, and align with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, DRP compliance, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver's license is mandatory, and the position is based at a Gerber location with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate information guiding them through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required).
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by the Store Manager.
