Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Kentwood, MI is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will work with the team to ensure alignment with KPIs, participate in daily production walks, and attend training sessions as required to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of DRP requirements and processes.
• Basic computer skills for repair documentation and estimating.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with insurance companies.
• Coordinate repair needs and parts with the team to meet KPIs.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety/meeting sessions.
• Attend required trainings and store manager information sessions.
