Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process to ensure alignment with KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and DRP experience, with I-CAR training encouraged. On-site position with strong teamwork and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and support all team members.
