Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents required repairs and parts, contributing to the success of our repair operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year experience with DRP (direct repair programs).

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and timely.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support the team.
