Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents repairs and parts replacement. You will work with team members to meet KPIs and ensure alignment with WOW standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Way procedures for customer drop-offs, repair planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and support team as needed.
• Attend trainings and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Uphold store KPIs and company core values.
