Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating repair estimates and coordinating needs with customers and insurance companies. You’ll evaluate vehicle damage, document required repairs, and communicate with the team to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes accurate customer updates, adherence to DRP processes, and collaboration with management during production walks. A valid license and willingness to learn I-CAR are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information guiding through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Maintain the store's KPIs and uphold core values.
