Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and align with team members to achieve the facility’s KPIs while maintaining the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating ways.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required.
