Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator who delivers an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. Experience with CCC1 Estimating System is a requirement.

You will document every customer interaction, guide them through the repair process, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP procedures. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to complete I-CAR training

Qualifications

• CCC1 Estimating System knowledge
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Minimum of 1 year DRP experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately
• Guide customers through the repair process with excellent service
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW DRP metrics
• Communicate customer requests to the team
• Participate in daily production walks with management
