Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of DRP estimating experience required
• 2+ years of CCC1 experience
• 4+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and promptly
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team
• Support team members as needed
• Attend health & safety meetings and training sessions
