Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents required repairs and parts replacements, and ensures all communications align with the shop’s KPIs and WOW operating standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills are required.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support the team.
