Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to act as the primary liaison with customers from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners and coordinate with insurers to ensure a smooth claims process.

In this role you will communicate with customers about progress, coordinate with technicians to verify all damages, and uphold high customer satisfaction. This position offers a commission-based pay structure with opportunities for advancement.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 (preferred).
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Mansioni

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
