Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to be the main contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners in line with manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.

You will coordinate with insurers and technicians to ensure all damages are identified and progress is communicated, maintaining high customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clear written and verbal communication, via phone and in person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple claims.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
