Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating repairs and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and align with team members to achieve facility KPIs. A High School diploma and 1 year of DRP experience are preferred, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• DRP compliance and customer-focused processes.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate all customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed and engage in monthly safety meetings.
