Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers. The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP processes, with a focus on maintaining KPIs and teamwork.

The Estimator will participate in daily production walks, ensure timely communication, and uphold WOW Operating Way standards while supporting a high-performing service team.

Formación

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience with DRP processes.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs and maintain KPI standards.
• Support team members and participate in safety meetings as required.
