Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Cartersville, GA is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by generating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers, insurers, and our repair teams. You will document interactions, communicate progress, and ensure adherence to DRP and WOW standards while helping drive KPIs across the shop.

Ideal candidates have repair knowledge, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training; a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• 1 year DRP experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required).
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
