Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Morrow, GA is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating between customers, insurance companies, and the shop.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. You’ll help uphold DRP and WOW standards and support KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP procedures.
• Coordinate repairs, communicate with team, and support KPI achievement.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings.
