Job summary

Classic Collision in McDonough, GA seeks a Collision Estimator to manage the customer experience from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, and work with insurers to optimize claims for best outcomes.

Ideal candidates have CCC1 familiarity, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with technicians while maintaining high satisfaction scores. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
