Classic Collision in Augusta, GA is seeking a Collision Estimator to drive the repair process from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare customer and insurance estimates, coordinate with insurers, and ensure a smooth experience for the customer.

This role emphasizes integrity, strong customer service, and teamwork, with commission-based pay tied to sales volume along with competitive benefits and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and valid driver’s license.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Collision estimating experience preferred; CCC1 familiarity a plus.
• I-CAR or ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage the claim and ensure customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
