Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience by assessing vehicle damage, creating repair estimates, and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and DRP compliance experience. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating standards.
• Coordinate communication between customers, shop and insurance when needed.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and support team members.
• Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled.
