Job summary

Crash Champions is actively seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator in Texas to educate customers on the repair process, guide insurance procedures, and ensure a smooth, transparent experience from start to finish.

The role involves preparing and locking final repair estimates, coordinating with body technicians, and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair, ensuring quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide the best possible experience.
• Collaborate with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and meet carrier requirements.
