Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. You will document, communicate, and update customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will ensure accurate estimates, guide customers through each step, and collaborate with the management team to meet KPIs and provide outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with relevant details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend trainings and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
