Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while preparing accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will document interactions, communicate clearly, and align with team KPIs to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, DRP compliance experience, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Way’s for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Welcome customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
